Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of AumpireCRM (the "Service"), operated by Aumpire ("Aumpire", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
AumpireCRM is a customer relationship management platform for managing leads, pipeline, follow-ups, and team activity. Access is invite-only — accounts are created directly by Aumpire rather than through public self-signup.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Each customer organization's data is logically isolated from every other organization on the platform.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of the leads, notes, and business data you enter into AumpireCRM. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party products. Some features (such as AI-assisted follow-up drafting) send limited, relevant lead details to a third-party AI provider solely to generate a draft message for your review — nothing is sent to a lead without your explicit approval.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to access another organization's data, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
5. Billing
Pricing and billing are arranged directly with Aumpire outside of the platform itself. Continued access to the Service is conditional on payment terms agreed between you and Aumpire.
6. Availability & disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, Aumpire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Termination
Either party may end access to the Service in line with the billing arrangement in place. On termination, we retain your data for a reasonable period to allow export, then delete it unless a longer retention period is required by law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated directly to active customers.
